My Go To For Dessert. Whenever I’m asked to bring dessert to a dinner (even at my own home!) Take A Bite is always my first stop. The cake is fluffy and moist. The icing is sweet, but not cloying. There are so many flavors to choose from on any given day that I always end up buying extras. Store decor is charming and not in your face (pink, sprinkles, glitter everywhere) like most cupcake shops are, which is a HUGE bonus for me. My boys enjoy coming in and picking out their own treats and love that they feel comfortable here.Overall my favorite dessert place in Brevard county.
Amazing Frosting!. I purchased a two dozen mixed variety cupcakes and there was not a single on that was not delicious! Their frosting is absolutely amazing, so creamy and not real sugary. They offer a gluten free option as well which is also wonderful. They offer great selections including flavors of chocolate, peanut butter, banana, carrot and many more to satisfy everyone’s sweet cravings. I highly recommend Take a Bite Cupcakes as I have been back several times already. Try it, you will not be disappointed.
I ordered 4dz cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday party, chocolate and vanilla. They were delicious! By far the most tasty cupcakes I’ve had. The Chocolate icing was incredible, and decorated so elegantly. I will not get cupcakes from anywhere else!! A++++!

Amazing. We now have to try cupcakes whenever we travel and my 10 year old promptly critiques against Take a Bite – Savannah, Charleston, Gettysburg, Cake Boss etc., none have lived up to Take a Bite. I drive out of my way when I see that the Chai cupcakes are in residence. These cupcakes are melt in your mouth delicious – the flavors are subtle and spot on ! The Gluten free provides us with a tasty alternative when bringing cupcakes to school as well –
Their cupcakes are OK. They aren’t the best I have ever had. However, they are the best in Brevard county! And to what I’m assuming is the owner or employee of Merri cakes, you REALLY shouldn’t be bashing their cupcakes! Your’s are super dry and nothing to write home about!
Best cupcakes ever. I freaking love this place!! I usually find cupcakes at bakeries to be lacking, but these taste like cupcakes my grandma makes! All of the cupcakes are awesome, but the lemon curd ones are the bomb dot com. I always head here when I need a special treat. Thanks Take A Bite!
