I know what I’m talking about….. My girlfriend surprised me the other day and had some food delivered to the house while I was home recovering from an injury. She ordered a Viera Steak Supreme hot sub and a Gyro from Viera Pizza. The gesture was very nice and I graciously accepted the order and proceeded to go into the kitchen with them. There were two heavily wrapped sandwiches in the bag. Not knowing what was in either wrapper as hungry as I was I went for the big one wrapped in foil which turned out to be the Steak Supreme. I was visually impressed by the appearance of the carefully made sub. So before I even opened up the other package I could not resist the temptation of picking up that sub and taking a massive bite! That turned out to be such a delicious bite I stood at the kitchen counter and ate half of it before I even decided to grab and plate and napkins. Throughout the duration of the sub, I pondered about how I’ve eaten Philly cheese steaks throughout the United States. To my surprised this was without a doubt the very best cheesesteak I’ve ever eaten. The hoagie roll was large, toasted, chewy and delicious. The quantity of steak was plentiful along with the perfectly sauted onions, peppers and mushrooms accompanied by two different kinds of cheese which made for pure Philly Bliss! If you like Philly Cheese Steaks this is the way to go….mark my words. That night I ate the Gyro…I’ll just be short and sweet but I was equally impressed as these are my two favorite hot sandwiches. So thank you Viera Pizza for taking pride in your food craftsmanship. You have a customer for life!
Who cares that it’s in a gas station?. For me this is the best pizza I’ve had in the Melbourne area. I’m a huge fan of NY style pizza and the pies here are awesome. Even my wife who hates pizza likes slices from here. I’m particularly fond of the Viera Meaty and the supreme, but a large pie with just pepperoni is just as satisfying. One thing that amazes me (well, amaze might be an overstatement) is the prices. Looking at the menu you might think it’s expensive, but one night I was ordering from Papa John’s because I had a 50% off coupon. The store I was ordering from didn’t recognize the coupon (probably because I got it from a different store in Cocoa) the cost of the two pizzas was more than two large pies at Viera Pizza. Needless to say I cancelled my Papa John’s order.
Always Good. Pizza, sandwiches, wings, pastas, salads…everything has always been good. I won’t say anything has been overly spectacular. We’ve only ever ordered delivery and the staff is always friendly and prompt, prices are great. Can’t ask for much more from your little neighborhood pizza place in a gas station!
Love their pizza. Delivery is always prompt and I could die happy if all I ever had to eat again was the garlic knots from here. Want to try cheesesteak sub but always end up with pizza & knots. Dinners are good but I’ll stick with pizza.
Exellent pizza! Gyro pizza and white are fabulous! Dinners are mediocre but you do get garlic knots, salad and a big portion. The dinners need to be worked on and need more flavor.
Love it!. Pizza is delicious! I usually go once a week. The prices are great too. Their xl pizza is huge, you can’t fit the box in the refrigerator. I’ve been to New Haven, Ct. had their pizza and i think this pizza is just good!
OK for gas station food. Pizza crust os thin and crispy. Sauce is good, not great. Large slices at a good price. The pizza is the reason to come back. The subs and sandwiches are mediocre, at best. this is a good take out or delivery place. The atmosphere is gas station-like – because you are in a gas station! If you didn’t know where it was, you couldn’t find it. Not bad, but many better pizza places in the area. If I need to fill up as I go by, I may stop in for a slice.
