We only have one Which Wich on our area. (Melbourne, Florida) My husband drove over 30 minutes to pick us up some sandwiches for dinner because we have been there twice before and loved it. So tonight my husband walks in at 8:25PM (35 minutes before closing) and starting writing down our order and the young guy behind the counter told him we could only order cold sandwiches because the ovens were already off and had cleaned them. My husband replied with you don’t close for another 30+ minutes and his response was the same. We can only order cold sandwiches. We had planned this the entire day to go up there and now a complete wasted trip and now have figure out another place to pick up for our family tonight. I have never heard of a pick up restaurant not being able to prepare a sub over 30 minutes before they closing. Poor business practice for sure. We won’t be going back. We are very upset!

This place can’t seem to get it right. First, we were the only two people in the restaurant and they still managed to get both of our sandwiches incorrect. How is that possible when you as the customer write down exactly what you want on the bag they serve the sandwich in? We won’t be going back.
Disgusting!. We stopped into Which Wich (Aug. 14.) for the first time. I ordered a 7 inch Turkey with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. First, the sub roll (?) looked like it had been sat on. Second, there was hardly any turkey and way too much mayo. My husband ordered a hot Pastrami sandwich. Neither of use could eat these disgusting sandwiches. We threw our lunches in the trash and went to another restaurant. We will NOT go back or recommend Which Wich. A waste of time and money.
Fast, Good, Friendly. Good fast food. Somewhat healthy options available (lettucewich). Eaten here several times and the staff has always been friendly and professional. Good option for light lunch or dinner at he avenues.
Really Unprofessional Employees. I came in the other day with my 8 year old son and every thing was great until I went up with my son to grab the sandwiches when I heard one of your female employees use very profane language in front of my son. I had to explain to my son that certain words should not be spoken. A conversation I did not think I would have after getting food with my child. Not only that, but the same employee was standing by (what I’m guessing is the kitchen door) and kept peeping her head out and laughing which made for a very uncomfortable experience. She was a fairly tall lady and she was the only one wearing a black Which Wich labeled shirt so I am assuming she was some type of manager. How a restaurant can be ran so unprofessionally is astonishing to me. I do hope that things change in your restaurant or else I’m sure there will be way more issues down the road.
