This place was amazing! I’ve been eating a lot of BBQ lately and have been very disappointed. Quite a few new spots have opened up around town and they’ve been extremely subpar. While Hamaknockers isn’t in Tallahassee, it’s better than every BBQ joint out here except for Curbside but those two are neck and neck. If you don’t mind driving a little, check this dive out!
What a great find!!!!! Excellant place to eat!!!!. I was traveling from Panama City to Tampa via Apalachacola when I spotted this BBQ place. What a great find. You could tell it had great food by how busy it was. I had a pulled pork sandwich, home made Baked Beans and coleslaw. Everything was super, a great price, and very busy and fast waitress, very friendly too.. Good home made sauces you can also buy to take home. Liked the new Buffalo, sweet and spicy. You can try them all at a table in the buisness, small spoons are provided. Really a great touch to trying before you eat a meal. Everyone I saw eating was really enjoying there personal choices. Don’t drive by, stop and enjoy some great BBQ. You will be glad you did. Has outside seating and Beer as well.
