  Absolutely horrible customer service!. My girlfriend and I walked into this store on a Sunday afternoon. The only other person in the building was the overweight middle-aged man behind the counter. It took us a while to figure out if he really worked there since he never bothered to acknowledge us, seeming instead to be very intent on moving stuff around behind the counter. After we succeeded in getting his attention, the employee acted like he was going out of his way to help us, pausing to give us samples and then returning to what he’d been doing before. When my girlfriend asked a question about one of the flavors, he simply pointed to the sign on the wall rather than take the time to answer her. I was so appalled at his condescension that we almost left right there. On the way out the door, my girlfriend asked if he was the owner and he identified himself as the owner’s brother. The Dippin’ Dots themselves were just fine, by the way.To the owner: if you’re reading this, I think I know why there were no customers in your store on an otherwise warm and sunny Sunday afternoon. I hope whatever organizing or rearranging your brother was involved in was important, since it clearly was more important than your customers. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

  Balls of deliciousness. We’ve had our old fav, banana split which was yummy. Mom had peach & butter pecan, which she loved. We went twice this week. Teenage employee was putting on makeup one day. Always delicious & high priced.
