Decent Pizza in a Tourist Area. Pizza by the Sea is a small restaurant next to Publix. The decor is fun. I really like the painted pizza pans on the wall. Even though it is fun, there is a bit of wear and tear on the place. It could use a spruce up. We ordered three different pizzas plus cheese sticks. The cheese sticks were not really cheese sticks. It’s a small round cheese pizza minus the tomato sauce. It was a little bit doughy with flat flavors. The three pizza’s had great flavors, but were very greasy. The pizza box was soaked through to the bottom. You could turn your pizza sideways and watch it run off.
Great pizza and very reasonable lunch prices! Great place to take kids!
Excellent pizza. One of the best NY style (thin crust) pizzas we have had, anywhere and we are originally from Philly area. We ate here 4 times during our 1 week visit. They don’t skimp on toppings, and the crust is so delicious everyone actually ate the crust.Their weekday special can’t be beat – a quarter of a pizza (about 3.5 slices) and a drink for $7.99. Worst Pizza EVER. Worst pizza EVER ! I ordered a Margarita Pizza from Pizza by the Sea last night for take home delivery. I had to wait 35 minutes to go and pick it up and when I brought it home it was cold as ice and get this, the basil was in a cup on the side. Not even on the pizza. Are you kidding me? The pizza was so hard, I could not even eat it.

Pizza by the Sea. I went their with my family. We have a vacation home in the area. We will not go back. The pizza is good, but the service was terrible. I do not mind waiting for good food to arrive, but our experience was inexcusable. We ordered two cheese pizzas. Two other large groups arrived and placed their orders. They received their pizzas, ate them and left before we received our order. We commented and their response was that they must have forgotten our order. No apology of any kind.
Best Gluten Free pizza I’ve had!Service is great and well worth the wait. Regular pizza received rave reviews from my group as well. We eat here or order out on every trip! Soups are pretty tasty too and lunch is a steal here. Best deal on 30A for lunch
