Good Luck Finding the Cart – You Will Like It When You Do. Swell Pop shows up like Where’s Waldo. The best time to find this cart is around the amphitheater during a movie, concert or event. It’s a small cart with double sized Popsicle. The fruit and real cream are from local producers. The flavor is really good. We tried the caramel pop and blackberry creme pop. Both were good. They are pricy. I can’t remember if it was $4 or $5 per pop. Like everything in Seaside, it’s tourist pricing. Try it anyway. It’s really good.
