  My husband and I came here for dinner with out 15 month old son. We thought we were going to. $$ restaurant but it was really a $$$. There were not enough vegetarian options in my mind- no salads except side salads. My husband got the fish of the day which was good. It was around $30 which on our first night out was a little much. Our son ate off our plate- the kids meals were pricey as well. I liked the fact that we got bread when we sat down. Service was good. Atmosphere was nice. Not too many people there but we went at a low season. I think the lack of options for my vegetarian diet and the surprise in price is the reason I give it 3.5/5.

  Impeecable !!!!. The owners and staff went out of their way to make sure our dining experience was top-notch. The food was not only visually but tastefully delicious. The atmosphere was calm and romantic and I recommend it to anyone visiting the panhandle area wishing to have a true fine dining experience. My compliments go out to the Kindos family for sharing their love and passion of food and wine with our family.

  WORST DINIING EXPERIENCE EVER. I almost never write reviews. But here I feel I need too!TERRACE RESTAURANT: Allow me to set the stage for this bad review. I live in PCB and eat out often. I Love Seafood. My mom lives here too. She has just come through open heart surgery 60 days ago and now feels like getting out, so I decide to take her out for Dinner. I choose the TERRACE RESTAURANT because it is close to our home, so we eat their about 5 times year. This dinner was one that will end our visits to the establishment for good. I have had a service related issue once before, but let it go as I was dinning with a group of business associates and it was the Holidays. This occasion is different. While the food is decent it has to be combined with service that is designed for repeat customers. They are not, Terrible attitude! My dinner and my mothers dinner were mixed up by the server. We were talking and having a good dinner when I noticed my dinner and my mother commented she did not really like hers and notice it was not what we ordered. I called the waiter and they were going to redo the two dinners. We waited another 20 minutes!!! Then, insultingly!!! they brought out 1/3 to 12 portions of what was supposed to be dinner. When I called the waiter back over and complained, I was told that we ate some of our dinner, so these were half portions. Keep in mind that I have not had one bite of my $32 fish dinner!!!. I stated that I would not pay for this 12 dinner as it was not what we ordered. She said yes I would pay because they had served properly us and we must have switched the plates and anyway we should have notice immediately. At this point I am really upset and raise my voice. They then brought me a bill. The bill now had me paying for two $11;00 salads that were included with the dinner and 2 beers at $8.50 each. Plus my wife dinner. So basically they doubled the price of the beer and added $20 for salads that were included with the dinner. When I got irate, another lady came by and again said I should have noticed immediately. I have never seen anything like it!!!My recommendation is this. Visit the V at Seagrove, wonderful customer service and great food. Havanas at the Pearl is great as is Georges at Alys Beach. If you value costumer service and want to be sure you are treated right, just do not eat here. Food Ok, but customer service and being treated with dignity 0. They knew my mother had just had heart surgery and still made me get irate to deal with something that they should have fixed with out question.

  This is the place!!!. We have literally tried dozens of restaurants in PCB and this is hands down the best restaurant !!I had the seafood bisque to start off with and my wife had the fried lobster tail. We both had grouper dishes for dinner she had the special and I had the one off the menu all were excellent and fresh….unlike what we had last night. Being to full for dessert we drank it. We had the chocolate martini and the banana cream pie martini perfect ending to our dinner.The restaurant was very cozy, with friendly staff and great food. We will be back!

  SECOND VISIT , NOT HAPPY. The food was excellent, but portions were smaller and the prices have been raised. Entree prices are too high for what you get. Now the service…. although somewhat attentive, these two waitresses admitted they were new and we could tell. Never once did they know who ordered what. We had five at our table, the best I could figure they added a 21.6 percent tip, for $13.80, for two people, for below average service. I checked the web menu and there is no mention of automatic tips nor was it printed on the menu. 3.50 for a cup of coffee and $9.95 for a piece of pie. There was a family with two kids, I wonder what they charged them for a kids plate? On our first visit the chef’s wife was our waitress. She needs to get back out on the floor but I think she was in the kitchen. Sorry, we won’t be back

  Great Food and Service. I have eaten at this restaurant twice and I love the food and service. I hear a lot of people talking about some of the other restaurants on the beach, but I would consider this one of the very best in Panama City easily. I would gladly go back again when I have the time. From their appetizers to their entrees, we had a great meal experience both times we visited.
