Can’t really rate it yet because I went and they are only open for dinner during the summer. Will have to try at night or next month. They have a great pizza deal, so I want to try that.
Poor experience with delivery. They lost a long time customer. Called the 13860 Wellington Trace Wellington, FL 33414 to place a $55 order.After being told delivery would be 45 minutes. Hour and a half later… no delivery. When I called the restaurant I was put on hold 8 times for 25 minutes by someone who was overwhelmed and couldn’t handle things.We ended up ordering from another local pizza restaurant. when the delivery guy did finally show up after an hour and forty minutes later we sent it back.We ordered from this place alot!.. Weekly!Food is good, but not good enough to overcome the horrible customer service. The manager was more interested in making excuses then trying to actually respond to my complaint.I don’t mind paying a premium price for good food, but I also expect that the restaurant will respect me as a customer… that’s not what happened here.You know I am not as upset as the late order as I am from the absolute lack of customer service, phone courtesy and the rudeness of being dumped onto hold eight times.Order from this place at your own risk because you may not know what your experience will be.It’s important to note that this restaurant has two locations in town and my experience only relates to their Wellington Trace location. Eating in may yield a better experience but you need to beware of my experience before you order and count on this business to actually deliver!
Nasty, condescending general mgr Joshua. Called to complain about a take order. Left message with Miranda . Never received phone call back. Called again, Joshua who identified himself as the general mgr, yessed me over and over as I was making my complaint. He then became rude and argumentative. Never I have I been spoken to like that let alone from someone where I bring my business. NEVER AGAIN!!! Horrible food, horrible customer service.
