Baos limpios.

Lacking service, hidden charges. Tried this place twice now, the first visit was great, good food and service. So we went back for a second visit, the food was still good but this time the service was lacking. We were seated about 5 minutes before another table, but they got service first, not a big deal but annoying. Then we noticed why as one of the servers was apparently friends with the other table and stopped working to sit down with them and just forgot about us. (This can be seen in one of the photos I uploaded of a beer, look in the background). We waited about 10 minutes for a refill on our empty drinks, didn’t even have water to hold us over which sucks when you are going for what is supposed to be happy hour. The icing on the cake was when my girlfriend ordered a burrito, she asked if they could put queso on it instead of cheddar cheese, she was told no problem, nothing more. Once we got the bill we noticed they charged us $3.50 for a 1/2 an appetizer of queso for doing this. Not going to break the bank by any means, but not mentioning it then putting it on the bill isn’t good customer service, doubt what was put on the burrito was half of an appetizer take a look at my photo and judge for yourself. Anyways we didn’t appreciate the hidden upcharge and poor communication by the waitress.

I’d give it another chance because it is close to home, but not close to my favorite Mexican place. Sangrias are large and strong, I had a combo plate with a chile Serrano and beef tostata, it was fine. My husband had steak fajitas and would never order them again. Service was kinda slow, but we were in no hurry.

Now that’s a big burrito! …. Now that’s a big burrito! The last 3 times we’ve been here, the service was great. Guacamole = awesome. Chicken burrito was huge, with lots of chicken, not just filler. Great price, always nice customers around the place, sangria pretty good, too. One of our favorites.

Above average food but. Try their original location at 924 Northlake BoulevardNorth Palm Beach, FL 33408. Same ownership but much better and priced much more reasonable.
