AVOID! FOOD POISONING! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The service was good and our food came out fast. My wife ordered a Bailey’s Irish Cream Shake and the waitress brought us an Irish Beer Shake. Both look very similar but when we told her she had brought the wrong drink she went back to the bar and came back with the same Irish Beer Shake and asked if we were sure. My wife hates beer and I tasted it and it definitely had beer in it. Not a big issue but then when she brought us the Bailey’s Irish Cream shake, there was no Baileys in it. We know because my wife drank 3 of them and she said there was no alcohol in any of them. Fair enough, they probably did that because we sent the first drink back. However, as soon as we were finished with our meal, we had to rush home because we both had diarrhea. We were both poisoned. I understand that we sent a drink back because they brought us the wrong drink, but that doesn’t mean you should poison us. AVOID this place. They are horrible. I don’t even want to know what they did to our food. I will never go back. I believe our check number was 40019. Table 63/1

Today my fiance and I decided to go to the Red Robin in the Wellington mall. We were seated quickly. However, the service was poor. We waited 45 minutes for burgers and fries that tasted like they were from Burger King. No apologies or effort made by the wait staff or management. First & last time for us. We do not recommend.
The first time was good right when it opened. The second time the food came out an hour later it was horrible. The food had been sitting under the light for a while. I almost broke my tooth on the chicken it was so hard. My soup was ice cold. People just standing around doing nothing. When we left there were probably 30 orders just sitting under the heat lamp. Wellington can not get a good restaurant. My experience was very disappointing and a waste of my hard earn money. Red Robin employees need to learn work ethic 101
