Mobile Review. Visit 2: Not sure but went back for another try figuring well maybe they were off that night, but really it was the same experience. Slow and poor service, food wasn’t great and very bland. The best thing they had going on was their wedge salad, but that was about it. Was given a bottled beer with a glass that had a hair in it, was pretty much turned off from that point on. That was my last attempt there.1st visit: Stopped in here one night for a bite to eat, it wasn’t very busy and the bar was empty, but grabbed a cozy booth. The service was fair, the hostess told us about their special but upon further inspection she actually misinformed us about the options. I didn’t feel like it was that good of a deal, as I really don’t eat much lobster. The waitress was alright, and the service was fair. The blue cheese chips were a good match with a few pints. The filet was a little rarer than I like, but with a good cut its not all that bad. My mashed potatoes tasted like they were made from instant mix. Nice grill marks on the steak. Nothing really wowed me, the food was decent but doubt I will be back. For the same price I would rather eat at other steakhouses where the service is superb and at least a tablecloth. Their wine was really marked up, out of the few I have tried elsewhere I noticed the cost of a glass exceeded the retail cost of the bottle, but I suppose you are paying for the service and convince, thus the reason I would probably go elsewhere.

Great Restaurant. From the moment we walked in the staff was friendly. We tried the Bruschetta, as our server recommended it. It was extremely fresh, and had great flavor! The clam chowder was the best I’ve had since I lived in New England. I had a bone-in Ribeye, and it was just as good as one of those high-end steakhouses without the high-end price! My wife had the cedar plank roasted salmon and she loved it! I was suprised when Craig, the manager came by to check on us as most restaurants don’t seem to care whether the customers are having a good meal or not. Overall, our service was great! Our new favorite restaurant in Wellington!

Good food and service – poor management. Service: ExcellentFrom the door being opened for us to the smiling hostess to the very professional and personable server.Atmosphere: NiceLots of wood and soft lighting although a bit of a musty smell. Probably a landlord issue and out of their control but a bit off putting especially when food is involved.Food: Good The fish was served as ordered and well-seasoned. The portions were fair.Management: PoorThe ladies room while clean had blown light bulbs and neither soap nor paper towels in the handicapped stall. Worse than that though was the ineptitude of the MOD; we finished our meals and needed to leave at the same time that our very efficient server started taking the order on a table of twenty. Now yes, she probably should have asked a fellow server to watch her other tables, but did not. This is where an alert and conscientious manager steps in apologizes and explains the situation, clears the table, offers dessert and/or coffee, and gets the bill. What was the manager doing? Chatting with idle wait staff and when we waved him over, he literally hid in the corner and sent the idle server! Im sorry if Im the manager and a patron waves me over… Im there. I guess I would give it another try based on the food and service.

Yum! Never lets me down! Love the skinny spa-tini cucumber drink! Pork chop over beef ribs is great! Salmon on cedar wood plank is also amazing! Local favorite place!

Very disappointed …waiter comes over and the first thing he suggests is an $80 bottle of wine….then we order three bar apps (goat cheese croquettes, crispy tenderloin bites and chicken wings. We asked for buffalo garlic instead of house sauce on wings….didn’t get it and they were raw and freezer burned. The crispy beef tenderloins were soggy and tasted microwaved….the goat cheese was good. Then we ordered a bottle if wine….we know there is a markup but …..we paid $40 and looked it up….$9 retail …I could only imagine how much their wholesale price was….$5???? Really???? And….when theI waiter camecomes back with the wine, he handed me theto taste sip and not my husband. Really???? Totally disappointed!! Sad thing…..last time we went it was fantastic. We will cross this one off the list.

Diverse menu, beautiful presentation and delicious food. I dine here at least once a month, and have never been disappointed.
