Really can’t understand why anyone would wait any amount of time to eat here. Food is fair at best and the last time I ate there it wasn’t even that. Everything on my plate was loaded with salt. Onion rings and service were good other than that there’s not much else worth going for. We will not be going back.
Absolutely loved it!. My visit to cheddar’s was wonderful! Waitress was excellent, food was excellent, and holy moly was the pain killer drink out of this world. Very tasty. Bathrooms were the cleanest ever!

Horrible waitress dirty menu. Slow and ignorant staff, even complaining to mgr was a waste of time. Waitress disappears when you ask for mgr too. Never again
Unable to get a table at west new haven location. This was the first time at cheddars. It was 8:30 sat nite. The wait was 30-45 minutes. Several large parties waiting to be seated. It was very noisy, the hostess busy on the phone and kids sitting at the bar with parents. Probably will not go back!
Great food for a great price. The drinks were also very good. Some only 4 dollars. Normally you have to wait to be seated but they are very busy because it is a good restaurant. Good service. Would definitely recommend
I went here for the first time a few days ago. It wasn’t great and I probably won’t go back. My party had to wait for about thirty minutes to be seated, which was okay. The interior was very nice looking and the seating was comfortable. The food was hit and miss. My salad was good but it came with a buttered croissant that I didn’t care much for. Some of the food portions were huge and others are quite small, and there really was no way to tell ahead of time from the menu. The food wasn’t anything special and the side salad was honestly the best thing I had. If you’re thinking of trying Cheddar’s, I would recommend you wait until it’s less crowded because the food isn’t worth the wait at this point. The new restaurant crowds have to die down eventually.
