Personally I have never been disappointed with the food or the service. The both have been excellent. I make it a point to visit at least twice a week.
What Happened is RIGHT!. It had been a while but we took the whole family out on Sunday to watch the Gator game. We took family from Jacksonville. How embarrassing! The service was awful. The food had no flavor making it way overpriced. Our table of 5 adults and four well behaved kids did not eat together. One adult got his food first and it was LUKEWARM wings and fries. He said the sauce was flavorless. Then they finally bring three more adults dinners. The runner, server, whatever he was (first time we saw him!) claimed he had dumped the entire tray of food on himself and they rushed in another order. Do you think customers are stupid??? There was not a drop of food on him. Then he walked away never noticing that the final adult had no food! We had to tell him!The parking lot was mysteriously empty and now I know why! We will not be back!
