Mr. jim. Owners have no customer skills not very friendly last time I was there they let a group of punks walk around with f— American shirts on I have not been back since the food is not that good and yyou have to wait a long time for them to refill things
Owner has NO customer service skills. I go to the Super Hong Kong Buffet regularly, I just can’t except the lack of personality of the women who works the cash register and seats us. I believe she is one of the owners. She NEVER says thank you or have a nice day or thank you for coming. Very sad to say she thinks we are doing her some kind of favor for showing up at the buffet. She is lucky my wife likes the place, I can’t deal with people like that.
They have the typical Amerinese food you’d expect to find in a place of this sort. The outside has a cool pagoda-like look to it. You are usually seated instantly, your drink order is taken and you go off and serve yourself. The hot food is excellent. The sushi bar is splendid for the price. It isn’t magnificent but it doesn’t have that mass-production taste. Overall cheap, easy, delicious meal. 10/10 would go again.
The Price is Right. Just a note to thank HK for keeping the place affordable. We think the prices match the variety available so we are never disappointed.The late hours work for us too.We’ve always found the staff cordial & one newer server in particular is friendlier than the others so she stands out.The only thing I’d like to see added someday is frozen yogurt for those of us who can’t eat regular ice cream.
Cheap Food & Bad customer service!. If your looking for good customer service and great food go some where else. They can be rude and sometimes they are slow to fill empty bins! if your looking for cheap food at a cheap price this is for you!
Badda-Bing. The quality of the buffet, service, and food, far surpasses the price ($5 lunch, $7 dinner)…sushi, giant Chinese selection, American, and dessert…more than you could ever bargain for in a buffet…
If gigantic pseudo Chinese/American food and cheap is what you’re looking for, then why not from time to time. Let’s face it, the economy sucks in 2009. The quality is acceptable, the atmosphere is too. The price is very low. It is what it is… Not really my cup of tea, but I recognize that it fills a role and does it well, so thumbs up.
