Don’t waste your time. The shrimp roll Was burnt and had no shrimp in it. Also, the owner/operator Needs to brush up on his people skills. Hot and sour soup is over priced and had one tiny piece of meat in it.
We have order Chinese at several places but this has been the best by far. The quality of food is amazing for fast food. Lisa
Worst service ever!! I ordered my usual..chix w mixed veggies came home NO chix in my meal..called and told them what was wrong and they yelled and said I told them no meat then they hungup on me..when I called again to tell them I was no longer an upset customer I was discusted at the service I just received!! No business should hangup on a customer they said next time double chix and hung up again lol foods good but after the service today ill never go back again!!!
Average. Overall, it New China is pretty average for Chinese take-out. Not the best, but not the worst either. Wonton soup was good. Lo mein could have used more vegetables.
Needs to close. They have refused my business three times for various reasons. (too busy, sick kid, closing early) food is average at best. Rude, incompetent, and just dumb. I plan on doing everything in my power to get this dump shut down and replaced with someone who can run a business. This is the closest Chinese to me by 20mins and that is a travesty.
Check your order. They may have your order ready in 10 minutes BUT when it is wrong does it really matter? on 2 separate occasions i’ve had to drive back and they re-make my order. so more like 30 minutes. They are good about correcting the issue and offer me a soda and egg roll while i wait.
10 Minute. 10 minutes, no matter what!: Have to love a place that you can call up and order 6 meals and the response is 10 minutes. I’m talking 6 different meals and none of them are Fried Rice or Lomein/chowmein. Food is always hot and freshly prepared. Awesome Chicken w/Garlic sauce. Good General Tso`s chix. The Mongoalian Beef and Schezuan beef are SPICY. Prices are good. It’s more geared to take-away then dining in but they do offer tables.
