Yay! Finally really great Vietnamese fare in the Space Coast area. No more long drives to Colonial Drive in Orlando for the pho fix. This unassuming new establishment has an impressive menu of all my Vietnamese favorites, especially the section of the menu dedicated to vegetarian food. My favorite Vietnamese appetizer, Bahn Xeo, was probably the best that I’ve ever had. Light and crispy, filled with fresh ingredients and sides, and not a trace of grease to be found. Heaven on a plate. We ordered 3 different versions of pho, including vegetarian, seafood, & a mix of meat and seafood and every one of them was delicious, with generous portions. We left feeling completely satisfied. We also ordered several rice noodle dishes to bring home and those were well packaged for transport and were a delicious midnight snack. You will not find the traditional Vietnamese sandwich, bahn mi, here but other than that this place will definitely satisfy your cravings for Vietnamese food. Highly recommend this new restaurant. Service was excellent and bathrooms were clean. A++++++
Pho Viet is a new addition to the Asian restaurant scene in the Melbourne area and not one to be missed. Don’t let the casual decor fool you—the quality and presentation of the food is excellent. The signature pho is generous in size and tasty, as are the bun dishes. Meat lovers will find a feast of options, but vegetarians as well have a nice selection with variety. Prices are great, service friendly.And if you’re a fan of iced coffee, try a Vietnamese version here which is creamy and sweet. I’m not one for desserts in general, but this hits my need for a sweet treat!
