Worst service I’ve ever had…. My fiance’ and I went there tonight and I should have known things would be bad when we were buzzed up and then got told they accidentally buzzed the wrong buzzer. Nevertheless, we waited. Sign number two this would be bad:Our waitress, Angel was stacking tickets (Taking multiple ticket orders at once and sending them all to the kitchen at once,causing the kitchen to get backed up.) Again, we gave them a chance. Once we got our salads we were perplexed to find them to be WARM!! A warm salad.. it was bizarre. Twenty minutes later our appetizer came. We asked for some ranch dressing, which Angel told us took so long to find because they ‘ran out’. By the time she had brought the ranch back the app was cold. We continued to wait…and wait…and wait.. until it had been almost one hour of waiting since we ordered our food. We just said forget it and said to cancel our order. We said we would pay for our app and our drinks.Thankfully the manager was wonderful and seemed genuinely upset we had such a disastrous time… she compt the whole meal. So hurrah for a good manager and boo for horrible service. I don’t think i’ll EVER be stepping foot in this Red Lobster ever again.
Excellent costumer service and the food was delish. I have eaten at many Red Lobsters and this was definitely te best!
Grilled Salmon. Tried a special they had New Orleans Salmon that was blackened delightfully. Under normal circumstances, I think it is standard operating procedure to ply you with the free delicious filler of cheddar biscuits. However our lackluster waiter had issues with being able to bring any of the food out in a timely manner. Don’t expect much from the supermarket bagged salad adorned with a few croutons in an attempt to make it look more inviting. If you have the time to put up with inconsistent service, then go here for the grilled seafood items and biscuits!6/10: Fine (Nice)

Sometimes the food is good, sometimes it’s bad. Service is good, but the time it takes you to get your food, you could have caught and cooked it yourself. Do not recommend anyone going there.
Great, personable service. We enjoyed our visit here, and the server was especially helpful in guiding us through the extensive menu. We normally avoid chain restaurants, but had an award certificate, so used it here, and weren’t disappointed. A VG appetizer, and some substantial entrees, nothing that would win an award, but tasty enough to satisfy our sun-and-ocean-fueled hunger.
