Fantastic New and Refreshing. We just left Umami. The owner is young and hip and his innovations to the same old sushi menus best the competition by a mile. If you want really great, original and very refreshing Sushi you will not be disappointed. I am a habitual soy sauce and wasabi dunker but not at Umami. I never once needed to dip into the soy sauce bowl as the BuriBuriGood Roll and the Stay Fit (named for the local gym) Roll need no assistance to the extremely great flavors.Go, be fed, be happy at Umami
