Attention to detail. Yes they have good food…..but after ordering a family feast for two and salad……..they didn’t put any of the fries or baked potatoes in our order. Manager was less than helpful…….wanted to give me a few sides at a later time. How we would you enjoy a meal that isn’t complete….or what you ordered. Woodys is banking on people not caring if they get the correct order. I won’t be back
Very Good for Catering – Mac/Cheese, Sliced Turkey, Fries and Desserts Were a Hit !!!. We used Woody’s BBQ for catering a school event of 60 people and they did a very good job.Ask for Mike or Nick. They suggested meat sizes and sides which were helpful. They labelled the tops of the foil pans as i asked for easy ID at the event.They kindly helped me load my SUV but they deliver for $20. They gave me utensils, BBQ sauces and ketchup.The students gobbled up the mac and cheese sides, sliced turkey, fries and banana pudding.Incidentally, my wife and I eat there personally and just trued the coconut cream pie. It is out of this world as well as the banana pudding!!!

Ate here for dinner on two separate occasions. First time had rib dinner with collards and black eye peas. Second time had sampler dinner with ribs turkey chicken beef with side of collards and fried okra. Meat on both occasions was average. Didn’t have a real smokey taste to it like I was hoping. Sides were great. And I preferred the mustard BBQ sauce over sweet BBQ.
I need to go back and try that sloppy woody recommended in the review below.. The other stuff has been average.
Pert good BBQ. They are a tomato based BBQ place with a couple mustard sauces on the table. The sloppy woody is a sandwich one must experience in person. The ribs (both styles) are done well. The pulled pork is moist and flavorful. The banana pudding is good. The fried okra and collard greens are done true southern style. Over all its a good value for the $$BBQ is subject best not discussed as people are as passionate about it as they are about religion, politic and child rearin’.
