Located downtown there is street (metered) parking which is free on Sundays and Holidays. This location has changed hands recently so i was interested to give them a try. There is both indoor or outdoor (dog friendly) patio seating. Their menu was very creative and had some unique offerings for the area but seems more Tapas in style with the small plate concept. I tried the octopus which was really good, would recommend it. Service was friendly but felt sluggish as the staff seemed to be also trying to finish setting up the patio in addition to handling a half dozen tables. If you wanted another drink you had to snag someone type of experience. Overall the food was good but the service was meh so not sure what would bring me back.
I’m on a work-cation all week in The beautiful West Palm Beach, Florida. The Avocado Grill was my first lunch stop. It was really cool close to the bay and the ambiance was chic and colorful. However, the food was just SO-SO! The service was good and super friendly but I really didn’t like much other than the steak tacos. The drinks were just average too. I hope this is not a reflection of what my week will be likeI must note that the restaurant has avocado in its name and the Guacamole was average.
Really disappointed in the food here. I had high expectations after looking at their amazing menu but was let down. Tacos are mediocre, jumbo lump crab avocado dish was mediocre, even their famous dulce de leche lava dessert was mediocre. Best thing I had was the overpriced fries.
We have been here once before and sat at their comfortable outside patio; mostly because we are always late to call for an indoor reservation. I find this restaurant to be a trendy, elegant, airy, and contemporary place to enjoy small plates with a good glass of wine. There chef is inventive and imaginative with his menu selections. We had the chicken pillared which was good, but on our next visit we should be more imaginative on our selections for dinner.
Awesome ceviche and fish tacos. Interesting vegetarian options and beautiful space. We’ve been back a number of times and enjoy sitting at the bar for light fare and a couple drinks. There is a happy hour and the avocado margarita is pretty awesome. Big fan of this place!
Girls night out – downtown west palm beach. Fabulous food, service and atmosphere. Order the pork cheeks, duck natchos ( a special if the day) and the lamb sliders are fantastic!!
Avocado Grill is a must try. Avocado Gill is amazing. I have gone three times since it has opened and I have loved it every time. Its perfect for a nice family Sunday brunch or happy hour with friends. I love the benedicts and the avocado and crab toast. The cocktails are also delicious.
