Food Truck – Wellington Amphitheater. I enjoyed my visit to the Churrasco Grill food truck at the Wellington Amphitheater, I found service to be very friendly and the food was fresh. I liked their chimichurri sauce and their fries were also really crisp. I would recommend this to others, if you are looking for a nice churrasco steak sandwich. Originally when I saw churrasco, being in South Florida where there is a heavy Cuban influence, I was imagining more along the lines of a skirt steak, but seeing how this place is more of a Brazilian truck, I believe their use of the word churrasco is more along the lines of grilled beef. Anyways it was still very tasty and I would eat it again.
