Terrible sushi. It tasted like it was pulled out of the refrigerator, cold hard rice, shrimp and crab tempura were precooked and cold in the center. There was nothing spicy about the spicy tuna or salmon rolls. The dipping sauce with the roles was sweet, not soy sauce as expected. Pricey too. We won’t be back.

Don’t listen to the other review who roads they aren’t flavorful… Their foods is SUPER tasty with lots of flavor.06 May, 2013LOVE this place! The foods is so fresh and delicious. I love that they don’t use oil and veggies are organic! Its my new go to for chinese take out, and so much better for me! I almost always get the pad thai chicken. SO good!
My coworkers and I got delivery of the Bulgogi Burger, Thai Chicken Wrap, and Tofu Japanese Teriyaki. We were extremely impressed!!! First off, they have delivery within 5 miles of the restaurant, this is a major plus if you work nearby. But most, importantly, all of the food was healthy and still full of flavor! Good Job, Fresh Element!

Repsonding to review posted by E. Thank you for you feedback. As a restaurant in a newly opened location, we believe there’s always room for improvement. As with the lack of favors on the dishes that could happen because we are trying to keep all our dishes on the healthier side, our sauce can be more toward the lighter side as some people are use to. Since we are new to the location, we are still trying to adjust to the favoring preference of the local area. However, for anyone you enjoys a heavy favoring, that can be requested during ordering and we can tailor the dishes accordingly.
