Food was okay, the service was horrible! Completely forgot about us instead of everyone else around us. Brought out clean plates and were soakin wet. Never coming again.
Very good restaurant. Went here last spring with my dad and got to meet everyone who helped develop the restaurant, my dad being a part of it. The men were very nice and welcoming and I had the best gelato and tomato motzarella panini. Afterwards i got a free box of the italian chocolates. I highly reccomend this restaurant! It has a great atmosphere as well. Thankyou to the manager and all of the staff!
HORRIBLE!!!. This place is terrible! The food has no taste at all and the service is really bad. My wife and I ordered sandwiches and pizza. The bread on the sandwich was stale and toppings seemed old. The pizza we ordered came about 30 minutes after we finished our sandwiches and the pizza was as hard as a rock and cold. I didnt even know that was possible. When we spoke to the manager he said everything looked fine to him. When we presented a coupon from restaurant.com to pay he said that they no longer accepted those coupons. Let me just say that the coupon I had stated that there was no experation date. The owner said he was sorry but he couldn’t take the coupon. At least make an effort to give a discount or maybe a free gelato or coffee. As the owner make an effort to show that you care about your customers and show them that you want them to come back. Overall this place sucks. I dont recommend it to anyone. Dont waste or time or money.
Terrible service!. Its sad because the food was decent but the customer service was terrible! Even while we were eating the waiter told an old woman that just purchased ice cream there that she couldn’t sit in the tables outside because they are for customers that are having lunch. What was so bad is that no one and I do mean 0 people sitting at any of the tables!!! I was not happy with our service and left him only 10% tip which he then had the nerve to set it down and tell me they only accept a minimum tip of 15%. We will never eat there again!
