Kitchen is worth the money for flavorful fresh dishes!!! 🙂 I’ve lived in South Florida for a year & this is one of the best overall dinner meals I’ve had since I moved here from NYC. The area & location of Kitchen is strange/not ideal & their outside patio seating is more like a curb, but the food is delicious & makes up where the location lacks. The Kitchen burger, the ahi tuna app, burrata app &all sides (cauliflower, brussel sprouts & butternut squash) were perfect & unique in preparation. The cobia fish although nice in texture & cooked properly was slightly fishy in flavor, but still edible. The Chicken Schnitzel was very tasty as well. Also, the parsley french fries that came w/ the burger (also offered as a side) were some of the best fries I’ve ever eaten. Overall a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be returning to Kitchen! Yum!!! Satisfied former Northerner 🙂
Not worth the money!. First experience and my last experience for the Kitchen. Pouring down rain and no valet parking because there are very few parking spaces so valet is a MUST. Had to park behind the building. For the price you are paying for dinner, they could at least have valet parking. Food was tasteless and over rated. Very pricy and rushed to turn the table. My meal came with 2 sides, but my husband’s meal came with no sides. Had the fish which was clearly on the grill too long – the only taste was burnt. French fries were cold. And if you want bread, you have to ask for it – not an automatic thing. Very small place and cannot have a private conversation without everyone hearing you. Server was nice and pleasant but a little pushy. Some tables received a complimentary appetizer, other tables did not – NOT A GOOD PRACTICE. Either give it to all or none. Then because of nasty weather conditions had to give up our table because people waiting in line for their reservations only to wait outside until the rain slowed down to get the car behind the building. By the time we got to our car, we were soaked. For the money, I could have had a fabulous dinner somewhere else. Needless to say, we will not go back or recommend it to our family and friends.
TOO expensive. The restaurant is tiny and noisy. The hostess was abrupt and clearly overwhelmed by the crush of patrons for the 8:00 seating. One glass of cabernet wine was $20. It was a small pour. The servings are undersized and expensive. The entree arrived on an appetizer sized plate. I was hoping for a special dessert but the server was pushing strawberry shortcake. The offerings were chocolate pie, strawberry shortcake or bread pudding. Nothing unique for Palm Beach. I don’t recommend this restaurant at this time.
