Very good restaurant. Very good service there was a lot of cream cheese but that’s not a big deal. The coffee was great and the atmosphere is really good. I will definitely be coming back.
Poor Service / OK Food. Bagels are good and fresh and the cream cheese is good, however the cooks are inconsistent when adding the cream cheese as sometimes there will be a large amount and sometimes hardly any. Coffee is pretty good but overpriced. Lox is fresh. Soup is terrible and very overpriced at $3 a bowl for cheese flavoured water with a few pieces of broccoli floating in it. Staff seems tense and unfriendly. Service is slow considering how many people they have behind the counter. Line inside for ordering / pick up is confusing.
I completely agree with the review I just read, the food is good, however the owner is not nice and is mean to his employees also. The iced tea is usually NOT fresh, has old dish towel like taste. A couple guys that work there give great service, I try to avoid rude owner. Place is clean, sometimes slow getting order out.
Good food ,bad owner. Good food and pricing is ok , but the owner is a jerk and treats his customers very rude. I will not be going back to be lectured on the .50 cent cost for a tiny thing of jelly when i spent almost $20.00 on breakfast for 2 people. Penny smart pound foolish. Keep your .50 cent jelly and lecture, i won’t be back. I understand something may be extra and I don’t mind paying, but don’t give your customers a lecture and belittle them.
