The food was not good at all like 10 years ago and they were recently shutdown by the state for Food safety issues. Not worth the time or money if they cant keep the place clean as you’re already working outside cooking food on an open face pit. Not a good look McCray family. I wont be back ever!
McCray’s On Wheels is NOT McCray’s Backyard BBQ. I’m sorry you didnt have a good experience at McCray’s BBQ on Wheels. Please know that McCray’s BBQ on Wheels is NOT McCray’s Backyard BBQ! McCray’s Backyard BBQ is located at 1098 Military Trail in West Palm Beach near the west entrance of the Walmart shopping Plaza. You should go there and try the food. Ask for the owner, Derrick McCray. The food is very good there and everything is made from scratch! That is the bbq place that is featured on CNN, not the McCray’s on Wheels truck located on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. Give McCray’s Backyard BBQ a try! Call them at (561) 684-1113.
I do not recommend this place at all. They gave me burnt ribs that had barely enough meat on it and they cut the ribs all wrong. Their Mac n cheese had barely any cheese and was dry and dull. The baked beans obviously came out of the can. They don’t care about the quality of food that they sell to people and my plate shows that. They claim to be the best but they’re clearly not. I’m very upset that I wasted my money on this. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
