Wellington Amphitheater – Food Truck. We tried this food truck on a Thursday night at the Wellington Amphitheater. The service was prompt and friendly and we really enjoyed their Sweet Caroline Tacos with pulled porke, cole slaw and crispy fried onions. For a few week’s I had been eyeing their Habanero Key Lime Pie so we decided to give it a go. You could definitely taste the almond crust, but there really wasn’t any heat at all like I was hoping for. Will try them again, maybe next time the Argentinian Steak Tacos or the Cozumel Fish Tacos (w/dolphin fish).
