Not what it says. Bottomless fries was only bottomless becasue plat didn’t have a bottom plus fries were greasy. Refillable milk shake couldn’t be refilled because maching broke. Hamburgrer could be had only well domne so it was as a result dry and tasteless. ,All in all not a very enjoyable meal
7 of us went there last night and we all were very happy with our meals. Joseph our waiter was great, he took care of all of our needs. I would definitely go back.
The red robin by the falls mall has amazing food but horrible service. Takes forever for the food and the waiters are not attentive make sure you have plenty of time to spare and plenty of patience for stupidness when you come here
Not the Red Robbin of places past. I have been to Red Ribbon locations in Maryland and in Southwest, FL. The burgers were juicy and delicious. The food was hot and fresh which made me patiently await one in our area. Being a restaurant person in my earlier life I knew to wait a few months so they could get the kinks out. I don’t think any time waiying will help this WPB location. The food was luke warm at best. Literally from apps to entrees. The service in the beginning was good but fizzled mid way through. The best part was the initial greeting a nd farewll from a friendly hostess staff. I honestly haven’t had such a bad meal in a long time.

Can’t wait to go back. Inwalked into the red robin in the Wellington mall last week, at first I was like I’m not paying $10 for a burger and fries. Well I’m glad I did , had the avocado burger. It was out of this world. Can’t wait to try other stuff on the menu.
