Horrible customer service, delivery and management. Four times I’ve ordered from here. First time, delivery took an hour and a half to be delivered only to be given the wrong order. The driver said he would be right back. He wasn’t back for another hour. Food was cold when he returned. Second time, food was good although I picked it up instead. Third time, food was entered correctly and prepared incorrectly. This time also took an extra hour to correct. Mind you, there is NO ONE in their restaurant, which I would give them credit for if they were ‘busy’. Fourth and final time, tonight… Heavy set sweaty man brushes off my complaint of AGAIN receiving the wrong order on pick up and leaving with it, only to return and WAIT AGAIN for the order to be placed and prepared. It’s almost as if I was in the wrong the way I was spoken to. After the order is handed to me, the cook begins to curse my name in Italian. What kind of business treats their customer, a returning, yet dissatisfied customer this way?? Romeo’s on Military, south of 45th Street. That’s who. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time and money on a product that can’t be efficiently prepared, can’t be delivered correctly, and who’s owners and employees don’t care about retaining you as a customer.

I finally told them I didn’t want the food but my money back and I am here still waiting for the food after 2 hoursOf my original order!!! Not to mention VERY RUDE! WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN and it’s a shame because the pizza is good!
