You simply cannot ask for more out of a down-home, authentic, quick and easy Cuban spot. The Pollo Asado with yellow rice and black beans is my personal favorite, the tang of the vinegar shining through ever so slightly to punctuate the perfectly seasoned roast chicken and the sweet yellow onions draped over it. My wife loves the Ropa Vieja, and it would be a regular for me as well if I didn’t love the Pollo Asado so damn much.

Most Wonderful Food, And Missing this Place Since Being Back in Texas….. I was in a relationship with a Cuban/Spanish man. We moved from Texas back to his home town of Tampa. Our first meal back was at Arco-Iris. I had the Midnight Sandwich (Medianoche) which was to die for. Several times we visited the restaurant and I enjoyed the Cuban sandwich, the Cuban roasted pork with moro rice and fried plantains which were so good. But you can’t TRULY enjoy a Cuban meal without Flan and cup of Cafe’ Con Leche. I left Tampa in Feb 2013 and will be coming back in May 2015 to move our storage. I do plan on having a meal from there while packing. I just wish we had someone from Tampa to come to the Dallas/ Ft.Worth area to open up a Cuban restaurant with FRESH Cuban bread and wonderful Cuban food. So many times I share your restaurant name with friends and family and lol (even strangers) who I know are traveling to the Tampa area. God Bless and so looking forward to dining there again soon.
