Who knows if their food is any good because their delivery service is terrible. We ordered 3-1/2 hours ago. We have called multiple times and asked for honesty and been assured time and time again that the order is coming. It is the repeated lies that I find the most upsetting because my daughter really wanted pizza. I even told them I have a hungry kid just tell me if it’s not coming so I can get her something else – no they say we checked the order, it is out, it’s coming. The joke is on me I believed them, so I have no food and a hungry kid. Shame on Eataly Pizza & Grill for being dishonest.
