Refreshing caramel frappe. After walking around in the International Plaza mall I found myself at the food court on the 2nd level and decided to give JaVa ItaLia a try. I believe it is new. They offer coffee, pastry items and even a couple of sandwiches. I got a Caramel Frappe, cold and delicious, with the caramel flavor nicely pronounced. There is common seating for all the food court restaurants. It was a one man operation and he did fine. This may be a good alternative to the other coffee place on the first level that always seems to be busy.
