The waiting game. Waited 5 minutes before we were told we had to sit ourselves. Another 10 before the lady came to greet us and take our drink orders. Nice decor, food was good, but waited over an HOUR for the food, mostly pizza, a salad, and the pork pieces. Apparently they were short staffed for the day, would’ve been nice to have been told this before we had sat down and ordered. If I hadn’t been with close family I would have left. Very unpleasant experience. They need to get their things together. Avoid coming here if you value your time.

Fat Shady. Stopped by for lunch with a friend on a Tues., surprised at dcor (very nice). Told to seat ourselves and received our menus a few seconds later. Our waitress(s) did not speak English well, but was friendly. Ordered as an appetizer Tostones (fried smashed bananas) topped with a chicken fricassee mixture for $7.99. The portion was easily enough for three and delicious! My partner ordered a Cuban sandwich and I ordered Piccadillo that came with 2 sides for $5.95. The sandwich was huge with plenty of meat, fresh Cuban bread and ripe tomatoes with lettuce on the side, it looked delicious and was confirmed by its consumer. I got my food with a house salad that was nothing special, but ample with ripe, fresh ingredients, and a side of black beans. Beans were awesome and the piccadillo was tasty. We sat in the big dining room with only two other tables and their spaghetti looked good as well. All in all we rolled out in about 35 minutes fat and happy for $20.83. Service could use some tweaking, but still friendly. Will go back soon to try spaghetti!
