Used one of their private rooms for a business meeting and had the Family-Style lunch. Food was fine and seemed to be enjoyed by everyone. Winston our server was excellent, staying in constant communication with me and bringing out each course in a way that didn’t effect the flow of the meeting.
I have been visiting this restaurant for about six years now. The service has always remained static. Everyone is so friendly and knowledgable. The food is pretty good, I always end up rolling out of the restaurant because of the large portions that are served.
GREAT experience. This place really exceeds when it comes to customer service and responsiveness. We had a party of 26 and all drinks came out within minutes of ordering every time and dinner was served promptly. Food was fantastic! Will definitely be returning soon!
Good value. A bit noisy and crowded but worth the visit. For a chain, food was good and imaginative. Wine by the glass was sub-par. Service was friendly and attentive. The free entree option was nice since I like eggplant parmigiana.
We had not been there in a while, and the first thing I noticed was how empty it was for Friday happy hour. We were seated promptly, and the rest of the service was exemplary. The food, however was poor. The appetizer of mussels had a metallic taste. The light chicken Alfredo ( just a smaller portion) tasted burnt, and their signature salad was pedestrian at best. Only the linguini with red clam sauce was acceptable. Very disappointing.
My favorite resterant!
Wonderful Ambience and great food. Just love going to Maggiano’s. Love the variety of pasta dishes available plus the sides are out of this world, particularly the stuffed mushrooms. They are worth going for alone. I enjoy all the pastas, my wife loves the eggplant parmesan. We always get the Italian salad and for desert, Nonna’s poundcake is worth waiting for with the grilled bananas, poundcake, ice cream and chocolate swirled over all the items. The service is prompt, courteous, and attentive.
