Overpriced food and drink. Loud open seating room with Loud Music to boot. Could not hear waitstaff. Food was tasty and soup was almost served hot. Service was good.I have been going to Miguel’s for over 20 years, back when it was a hole-in-the-wall. The remodel has made this an attractive family restaurant. But the prices continue to climb. Asian and Mexican foods are the two cheapest for a restaurant to produce. My cup of tortilla soup was nearly $6; very good taste, barely warm, and no visible protein. Margaritas range from $9.50 to $17+; served in pretty Mexican stemware, and was tasty. I hate refried beans and rice with every dish, so I try to order ala carte; not easy here anymore. Moving on.
Very nice Mexican restaurant. The service was fast and friendly. Chips and salsa were great as were the fajitas (but small) and Barbacoa tacos. The margaritas were very good but expensive. We enjoyed this restaurant but it is expensive as Mexican restaurants go.
