Great Ceviche. I’ve had all styles of ceviche, including homemade Peruvian, and fresh ceviche on the coast of Puerto Rico. Having never tried catfish, I would have never known Paracas include it until the previous reviewer said. But so much the better — it was hearty and delicious, and I loved the flavorful onion/tomato/cilantro marinade. The $15 the other reviewer complained about included an ultra- generous helping that took me 2 days to finish. But there is no accounting for some ppls gluttony, heheh.
