Seemed too doughy. I tried their cinnamon sugar pretzel this afternoon and did not like it very much. It just seemed too doughy. It was a soft pretzel so it would be doughy, yet there was something off. Maybe there was not enough cinnamon sugar sticking to the twisted treat or maybe it was undercooked or sat around too long. My order taker was nice enough and did try to steer me to getting pretzel nuggets, maybe I should have listened.Pretzelmaker is connected to and operated by the same staff as The Great American Cookie. It is located in the food court on the 2nd floor.
