Food is hit or miss some things are great and others not so great but I’m tired of the frivolous charging for EVERY little thing .50 extra for Cuban bread and $1 here a dime there for taking an extra sugar packet (exaggeration) but the straw that broke this camels back is when I witnessed the cashier run my card and then fill in the tip without asking I come to find out this is policy if you spend under $5 I’m not a fan of getting punished for not spending what they consider to be enough money especially when I’m spending $8-$10 a day 5 days a week normally. Due to this that .50 WILL be the last of my money that they EVER get!
Awful. I refuse to ever eat here again. I have given them more than enough attempts to please me. They undercook your eggs, the bread they use is stale, they don’t pack your sandwhich with enough meats, and they are never nice. They don’t bother to say hi or anything.. take the time to go across the street to the Green Tea Cafe. They are a whole lot better than this place. The food and the customer service. They greet you and have conversations with you, much more friendly people.
