One of the few gigantic chain restaurants that I unabashedly love. The porcini-rubbed ribeye with the aged balsamic on top might not be the purist’s idea of the perfect steak, but it’s the best steak I’ve ever had, and I won’t have any trouble sleeping at night after making that statement.
