In 2010, after enormous praise and recognition for his upscale establishments, Elia wanted to cater to the area with a more affordable, relaxed dining alternative while still utilizing the fresh, authentic ingredients found at his other restaurants. The casual, hip wine bar and eatery offers superior Tuscan cuisine with a contemporary twist. The menu consists of an extensive wine list and a variety of pizzas, Italian small plates and paninis; with nightly specials and a welcoming philosophy that offers diners the best quality in both food and service. After enormous success at the original location and heeding the words of his West Broward customers Elia opened a second outpost of the restaurant in Weston in January 2013 and most recently his Delray Beach location which opened in early November of 2013 and his fourth to open in late 2014 in Coral Springs, FL.
