Have been to this chilis plenty of times and I don’t know why. This is the WORST chilis around. The food sucks, the bartenders are terrible. Live right around the corner and will go to the Pines & 75 chilis from now on. The waitresses are the only good thing going here. They should transfer to the Pines & 75 restaurant. Don’t know what the issue is but it needs to be attended to. Absolutely terrible. As stated, food and alcoholic drinks suck. I even heard the male bartender cursing when his buddies were sitting at the bar. This place is just terrible. Don’t waste time and money. Go to Pei Wei next door!!!
Will not be returning. Placed to-go order through their app at 7:00. Showed up at 7:15 when it said it was due. Waited behind one person for 15 minutes while they slowly put her order together. They finally swiped my card at 7:30 and started putting my order together. A person who arrived at 7:40 got their order and left. At 7:45 they came out and told me the queso was extremely watery and if I wanted to wait longer they would make a new batch. I asked for a refund. They gave me one and threw my order in the trash. Was a very loyal customer but will not be returning to this location to repeat this unpleasant experience any time soon.
