Worst experience. Waited a long time to even get a menu after sitting. The waitress had to be called to come to the table. One of the orders was completely wrong. We got a bagel and cream cheese with fruit instead of 2 sunny side up eggs and plain bagel with butter. The pastrami sandwich was so stringy you couldn’t even chew it. If it was busy you can totally have understanding but it wasn’t. We went before the lunch crowd. We waited almost 30 min before we got our food which is totally unacceptable for what we ordered. My husband send his sandwich back something he never does and got a corned beef. No flavor whatsoever. needless to say the service and food was way below standard we won’t be going back.

Fire Mitch!. I’ve eaten at Mitch’s restaurant in weston, coral springs and boca. The food is good. However Mitch the owner is a crass, and veryrude man. He treats both his staff and his customers with little to no respect and certainly doesn’t make the experience in his e stablishment a good one. If I were you id go ANYWHERE else. Its just a bagel.
On a Monday at 11:00am, took 45 minutes to get a bagel with cream cheese and a pastrami sandwich. Nova was good. Manager gave us a gift card to come back.

Westside has great food, a great atmosphere and great service. The only downside is the prices. Overall, very good!
