This is the best restaurant (by far) in Weston, and on the top 5 in Broward undoubtedly. Impeccable service, innovative menu, excellent presentation, incredible taste, good wine pairing, romantic and modern decor. Best Ceviche (Real Corvina). They should open by Las Olas. They deserve to be there.

Now… I get serving corvina lowers food cost as most people do not recognize it but please, if 3 out your 4 fish dishes include a low quality fish you have a problem…
