  Phenomenal !!! We had …. Phenomenal !!! We had a great experience !! We have heard about this place through some friends. We love Peruvian food and were looking for a different place to go have a good dinner and some drinks. We just loved the terrace with lake view and the mojitos. The server recommended us good appetizers to share. Personally their signature causa de mariscos was delicious and the ceviche too. We also shared their Chaufa de mariscos. They had live Latin music and ended staying for longer that we expected. I recommend this place for a date night.11 Jul, 2012Love it!!. I was there a couple of years ago. I think when they just opened and the food was ok, but not as great as it is today. THey have a new extended menu with great dishes. I loved the Ceviche and Antucucho Combo as Appetizer. The Pargo was soo good and the lomo saltado is amazing!! We had the flan and chocolate cake as desserts and were delicious. We came back again to try their lunch specials and were really satiesfied with the dishes and the prices. We spent only $20 for 2 lunch specials and natural fruit juices. Yummy!! We are comming back this weekend for the Happy Hour and Live Ltin Musica in their Patio with Lake view. I have heard that their Mojitos are the best in town, so we want to try and let you know ;)..Good job Sabor Latino. YOu guys have been doing a good job.

  OMG ! I am so glad we tried this place in our vacation.the ceviche was terrific.we also had the Chaufa Style Seafood rice , the causa de mariscos and jalea mixta and some other rice dish mmm. Can’t go wrong here.The Athmosphere was great. It’s strendy but kid friendly. Great place to have a diner, to share a bottle of wine on a pitcher of sangria with a friends on try to hook up with someone ,the place is full attractive people of different ages.

  Awful service. Had a groupon to go here. Was told the entree I wanted was not included in the groupon though its not mentioned anywhere. Was there 2 hours and was able to get only one refill cause of the slow service. I normally wouldn’t mind if the place is packed but it wasn’t. On the menu the lemonade I ordered said $1.99, I was charged $2.99 twice cause refills aren’t free.To top things off they automatically charge you 18% tip which explains why my waitress didn’t seem to care. The food itself wasn’t too bad. The service and price differences in the menu will keep me away from this place for good.

  Good service Terrible food!. I am conviced that all the good reviews on this restaurant were made by friends and family. The place is decent, nothing out of this world but it has it’s charm.The food in this place was Terrible! the kitchen has clearly no culinary experience.The presentation was careless and negligent. We ordered th Chicharron de pescado and it came with 3 sad little fried yuca spears and a plastic cup with some tipe of french dressing (nothing else). But wait, they also provided tartar sauce…2 packets of it! We had what promised to be a parmesan scallop dish, it was presented to our talble on fire (Flambed) which seemed impresive. However, after attempting to eat my scallop dish I realize it is nothing but tiny bay scallops overbaked on store bought shells with nothing more than parmesan chese melted on top. It was salty to say the least. The Ceviche was the only item we had that I at least give a C+. Never going back! I rather drive a little south to Totoritas on Pines Blvd and University for good peruvian food. Service was very pleasant though.

  The real deal!. We’ve been all over Peru and this place is the real deal (except no chui–8-)). From the pisco sours and chilcano’s, an excellent causa de mariscos, ceviche, perfect cau cau de mariscos, and Pechuga con camarones al ajo, this place shined! if I lived in the area, I would be here every other week. Peruvian cuisine is vastly underrated, but won’t be for long if places like this keep springing up.

  Great experience!!!. I was here last weekend after reading the reviews and was a great choice. We loved the ceviche and had the best tasty Pargo .The other appetizer was great too, The causa de Mariscos with the cocktail sauce. My husband had a delicious lomo saltado and my 2 friends shared a great tiradito and the jalea for 2 people..The yucas were good and the mix seafood just amazing. We had some drinks by the lake too..Their happy hour is great becuas most hapy hour’s places are till 6 but theirs is till 8pm. The mojitos are just so fresh and good.They are doing a great job and the live music is fun too..The outdoor experience by the lake with the music is just something nice to do on weekends. Now sabor latino is one of maforite places in weston!!

  Thumbs Up!. I am glad I went and got to taste their food; it’s really great! I agree with the rest of the comments they got delightful presentations and yummy and tasty foods. My favorite one was Pescado A naranja y cilantro which is a Corvina but i got flounder fillet instead covered by a semi sweet light sauce made with orange and cilantro..yum my husband had Tallarines verdes (spaghetti in pesto sauce) and he loved it … i wanna come back though, ive heard and read incredible things for the live music,happy hour and a special halloween party they are haivng… ill be back for sure ! Good Luck 🙂
