I called for a reservation for 4 people and was told they only accept reservations for 6 people or more. Depending on the time that I come they should be able to take as soon as a table opens up. I chose to go to a different restaurant rather than take a chance. It seems to me that this is a bad policy. To turn down a reservation because there are 4 people instead of two more, sounds silly. I have been on the Ricciardi’s email list since they opened but with this silly reservation policy I will not be a steady customer any more.

Decent Italian place. We went with friends for dinner. My wife had Chicken Marco Polo and thought the dish was good, but the chicken was a bit drier than it should be. I had one of the chef’s specials, a chicken and prosciutto pasta dish with veggies and a creamy sauce. It was great. We both liked our Caesar salads. Our friends enjoyed their dishes. Service was very good. A decent Italian place, not great, but we would go back.

Disappointing. Service was great but the food was mediocre at best. We both ordered pasta dishes. My spaghetti was only half cooked. My husband’s rigatoni was still crunchy. We sent both dishes back and they were redone with acceptable pasta. The sauce was bland and I have had better out of a jar. The pasta fazoulle my husband had was tasteless and the pasta was cooked to mush. The rolls were made out of pizza dough and were the best part of the meal. Even after the dishes were redone we ate about half and left the rest. Chef Boyardee is better.

We’ve been there over four times since it opened. Food has always been great and our service is excellent. On two occasions, I asked for something not on the menu and they exceeded my expectations both times.

Needs Work. Had lunch the other day, great food and the bartender server Ashley was a real gem, returned the following night with some friends from out of town, I wish I hadn’t raved so much from my lunch, they were very crowded, dinner service was very poor and slow, food was same it seems when the crowds get very large the kitchen can not keep up with the quality I experienced at lunch. I sent my chicken marsala back it was dry and tasteless, manager Joe seemed unconcerned did not offer anything other than he would take it off the bill ( no kidding ) everyone else said food was OK except my wife’s Tortellini was like soup. I will wait until they get there act together, I will post again if I ever decide to eat there.Bill SOxford
