Amazing food!. As a native peruvian, I am always looking for the original flavor of Peru. This place has it. Almost six years ago I visited them for the first time and I had an amazing Lomo Saltado sandwich. It was the real deal. They ran a small hole in the wall at that time… I went again last night and found out the place is double the size now (awesome service by our waitress, Mait) and had a cebiche. Now, let me tell you this, most restaurants in South Florida will serve you a Cebiche which flavor is either too lemony or too fishy. That’s not a good cebiche. A good one has to blend both, along with rocoto and other spices, into a one, unqiue and amazing juice. BRAVO gets it and that’s more than a big reason to come back all the time. My wife had an order of Yucas a la Huancaina, a little too small in our opinion but the taste was excellent. On my side, I completed our dinner with a great BRAVO sandwich, which is an adapted version of the famous peruvian dish Bisteck A Lo Pobre; crunchy warm french bread (like bread has to be) and tender meat acompanied with fried egg, bacon, shoestrings and salsa criolla. YUMMY!!!…I can’t drink alcohol due to a medical condition but I had to, and ordered a Cusquea, a nice peruvian beer; my wife had an Inca Kola and suddenly it felt like I was in Lima again… And guess what? we went back today for lunch, only to confirm our great impression with a Lechon Sandwich, more yuquitas and Lucuma deserts. You can’t go wrong with BRAVO.
Best Sandwich Ever. A friend and I stumbled on this. The best fish sandwich I have ever had. It was so good that we talked about it for another 50 miles as we were heading north. It was so good we needed to hit it again on the way back to the airport.
Amazing!!! Delicious steak on french bread roll with perfectly fried egg cheese and potatoe stix. ( comes with bacon).
Don’t blink or you’ll miss it. This great little restaurant is tucked away in a non-discript mini mall but it is nowhere near non-discript! I usually get the steak sandwich, but wanted to try something new. El Pavo, a turkey sandwich, looked appetizing so I gave that a try. The turkey tasted and looked like they just carved it from a thanksgiving day turkey. I love all the special accruements they add, a special sauce that has a unique flavor along with red onions and other tasty greens. The bread is always fresh and has great texture, makes it a special treat. The lovely ladies behind the counter are helpful and make you feel welcomed, so this a special locally owned eatery that deserves to feed us for a long time.
Great sandwich, lol I say that because I think Im addicted to the Bravo Steak Sandwich! Amazing! It’s made with this mouth watering, flavorful and soft beef cuts in a sandwich with fried eggs, an amazing green sauce, bacon, and shoestring potatoes! A must! BRAVO
