Probably the best and most fresh sushi I’ve had in south florida this far. The carpaccio was amazing we ordered about 10 dishes to share and were not disappointed by one. The service was also great really cool & friendly people
LOVE THIS PLACE. THE BEST SUSHI BY FAR. I consider myself a food connoisseur and extremely picky. Gaysha is one of the best sushi places I’ve been to in a long time. The sushi is as fresh as if they just fished it out of the ocean. I have seen Takeshi Kamioka, the owner come in with a big cooler filled with fresh fish that he hand picked for the day, no deliveries, Takeshi goes and picks out the fish himself. LOVE THAT. The staff is also fun, knowledgeable and friendly. We are regulars here and it always feels a little like cheers as we know the entire staff.Oh and did I mention all the cool and wonderful art work that is displayed on the walls of Gaysha, some of which belongs to Takeshi. Fun, funky crowd. Love it. Thank you for bringing such wonderful Delicious food to south Florida.
Gaysha New World Sushi Bar – DELICIOUS!!. The sushi is the freshest you’ll find – it is hand picked every day by the owner. I have eaten sushi everywhere and now, I can’t go anywhere else. They grow their own herbs, stock wild fish and make everything delicious. The service is spectacular and the owner, staff and sushi chefs are all super cool, service-oriented groovy people! Come and check them out!

Super fresh and clean. You won’t find globs of spicy mayo and cream cheese in these rolls. Quite refreshing and extremely tasty. My new sushi go-to!

Fresh, Authentic, Creative. Tried almost every item on the menu! I highly recomend to try Toro, CC roll and Seafood Ramen. AMAZING!
