My partner of 23 years and I got married on June 7, 2015. My best man had ordered a stunning 3 tiered cake, which was to be delivered on our wedding day. When delivered, it arrived melted and on it’s side. He apologized profusely, but nothing could be done, the show went on without the cake. We got in touch with them during the following week, and was promised a new cake topper, to be enjoyed on our first (24th) anniversary. As they were closed Sunday and Monday, we were told it would be available Saturday. We were then told on Saturday that it was left out and melted. Further attempts to reach the man who made the cake, (CJ or JT?) were left unreturned. We are fed up, and recommend everyone to stay clear of this company. They are ill-prepared to follow up in a positive manner. Extremely disappointing…
Overpriced and Uninteresting. I was happy to see a new tenant open in Alibi plaza, but this bakery leaves a lot to be desired. Prices are on the high side, offerings aren’t that special, space feels tight, and overall it’s just not worth it.
Out of the Oven Bakery Review. We stopped by this past Sunday while out on walk. Purchased a couple of things and everything was wonderful. The place is done nicely with a Lucy theme and I think the will be a big success. The only dispointment was the clerk who was working behind the counter at noon on March 1, 2015. This girl could not be bothered, she had a stone face with no smile and one word answers she got my order wrong and my partner and I felt like we were more of a bother than a customer. The problem with that in Wilton Manors is that it’s avery small village and word of mouth is everything the locals can either make you or break you in this town. Please talk to her and see if she can pick up some people skills, I’m really am concerned about the vibes she’s putting out to the customers.
