My wife and I have been going to peter pan for the last 10 years…love the food and the service. .. we had not been there for a few months and decided to go on Saturday night. . the place was busy but we were sat in a matter of minutes.. waitress came over right away and took our drink order. . but when the food came my burger which I ordered medium rare was well done..I called the manager over and told him the burger was way overcooked… he asked me how I wanted it, as I told him he looked at the burger and said I’ll have one remade and brought out to you in a few minutes. ..kudos to him. .. he not only apologized but I had my burger in 5 minutes. . my wife’s salmon was delish.. good job guys!! Keep it up. .. will def. Go back soon!!
WON’T BE BACK. I’m a regular customer and usually bring friends. Had to send back a slice of cheesecake after one of my guests took a couple of bites out of it and said it tasted funny, like turpentine. I asked to swap it out for another dessert. The restaurant refused. She had taken more than one bite, apparently. (We were trying NOT to send it back. So she tried taking off the top and bits from different parts of the cheesecake slice but had not consumed more than 10 or 15 percent of the cheesecake.It’s not like that’s the only thing we ordered. I had three people at the table and everyone was eating. The management would not replace the dessert and insisted on charging full price. My guest was embarrassed and made to feel bad that her food was substandard but cost me anyway. We were all very surprised and disappointed the management would be so inept. I had never encountered anything like it. This is not the only issue I’ve had lately. I’ve had to send a couple of entrees back in the last several visits for severe undercooking. It’s an easy fix and I don’t mind it… I’m am easygoing customer and if the restaurant makes an effort to get it right in usually happy but those items never should have left the kitchen. Those episodes plus the latest one indicate that there are some serious quality control issues in the kitchen and that can make people sick. I’ve never had a restaurant treat me so much like my 1 or 2 times weekly business was so unvalued. The wait staff are lovely, but I always got a creepy, ugly mobster vibe from the managers anyway. We all agreed to take our business to Denny’s or iHop, henceforth. both nearby, both open 24 hours, and run by much nicer people.
Worst Service in Florida. We were with a party of 18 and arrvied 10 minutes after the others. The waiter did not take our order until he was serving the other guests with us. He did not put down a place mat for either of us and did not bring us a glass of water until we begged him to. I ordered a small salad as a side. He brought me canned corn instead and simply said that the salads were out. (I cannot eat corn due to a stomach problem.) There is absolutely NO hospitality there. I will NEVEr return.

Love Peter Pan Diner! They have the BEST skirt steak anywhere on the planet! The chicken greek salad with their house dressing is habit forming! Can’t stop coming back for more. Homemade everything, reasonably priced.
Just left the Peter pan diner, and enjoyed every minute of it!! The breakfast specials from 6 am till 11am are amazing and untouchable by anyone out there, price and quality !! I would like to thank the owners for the revamp they did, new tile floors thru out, new cushioned booths, art work and paint job!! You may not think it, but it shows you care!!!! Thanks for being a part of the community!!!!!
